ca198eeea3 SwordBlocking 1.2.0 - 1.19.3, Config, Axe blocking, 
- Added configuration screen based on MidnightLib
- Made everything configurable
- Add option to hide offhand slot when it contains a shield
- Fix 3rd-person blocking
