Retroblur Fresh - Gradients, More Animations and Polish

- Added many gradients that make Spotify way more colorful
- Using dirty hacks, some of the gradients are even animated!
- Completely revamped color themes
- Fixed many little annoyances
- On Linux systems, the big gap at the upper left corner (which houses the ... button on Windows) is removed
- Fix some pages not having a blurred background (Your Episodes, Marketplace Readme, Options)
- Fix many general Spotify bugs
- Probably so much more :)
