MidnightControls 0.3.0 - Automatic mapping downloading

- Automatic downloading of mappings from https://github.com/gabomdq/SDL_GameControllerDB
- Change some default settings
- Fix OkZoomer compat by @akemin-dayo
- German translations (by myself)
- Add contributors to fabric.mod.json
